              4.建立夏令營孩子成長檔案:記錄孩子的特點和成長情況,為夏令營后的周末班,幸福家庭成長計劃做好準備。

              5.小組競賽設立組間評比機制意在培養孩子的集體責任意識和榮譽感,給孩子們增加動力,也顯得更活潑有趣,符合孩子的天性,同時老師要注意引導孩子認識到小組競賽是合作而不是競爭,是團結而不是對立,是通過了解自己跟別人的差距來督促自己進步,自己跟自己比,而不是一定要把對方打倒。

              小組競賽具體實施方法:

              (1)各組起始積分100分,值日輔導員老師觀察當日課程和活動,并于每節課根據各組表現予以打分,每次活動都以滿分10分計算,結合回答問題積極度、正確性、上課狀態和紀律秩序等綜合考量給一個適宜的分數,并及時更新在長善墻上。
